If you like to have a cocktail every once in a while, keep your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and leave all cash, charge cards and checks out of the casino. Grab whatever cash you expect to use on beverages, tips and few dollars you intend to throw away and leave the rest behind.
Cynical? Not at all. Realistic more like. You can have a win following a boozy evening out with your compatriots and be lucky sufficiently to hook a long toss at a smokin craps table. Keep that adventure because it is as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink and gamble. The pair simply don’t go well together.
Leaving your moolah at home is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive measures for excessive actions is a requirement. If you play to win, then do not drink and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your assets nary a worry, then drink all the gratis alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but do not pack credit cards and cheques to throw into the mix of going after losses after your inebriated self throws away every little thing!
Permit me to take this a single step more. Don’t drink and then hop online to gamble in your favorite online casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my apartment, but since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards near by, I can’t consume alcohol and gamble.
How come? Despite the fact that I don’t drink a lot, when I drink, it is certainly adequate to cloud my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t gamble at the same time. When mixed, both create an awful, and crazy, cocktail.
