First to clarify why I write this article. I have been betting on the net or at land based casinos for a great many years. I have discovered, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are penniless. Particularly if you’re on a winning run. I have gone through many tens of thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and still on occasion, I’ll go a bit too far. It seems you are just having a blast until you start to pay attention to your squanderings and the anguish settles in, and then you continue to tell yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It does not works. Then you feel sick in your belly and the more you attempt the quicker you are deprived.

When you notice that you’re ahead, remain on the UP! When you start to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, trust me, this concept RARELY ever operates. Say you’re playing on slots, have an amount set aside before beginning your action. DO NOT go over that boundary, no matter how appealing. If you actually win, put that in a different canister. Don’t risk your wins no matter what. Once you have played through your primary set limit, bail out. Leave, whether it is on the net or at a physical casino, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there is going to be a different day, a different time.

Keep in mind, gambling is assumed to be FUN not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan not afford the loss, don’t even begin.
